Exchanges and returns within 5 days after received purchase. Must have original tags. Exchanges and returns are only permissible if goods are NOT worn or damaged by customer and do not exceed the 5 day timeframe.Merchandise must be free of stains, fragrance, rips or tears by the customer. If your order is shipped to you damaged please email our team for immediate assistance.All refunds will be issued once N_Vision Luxury Boutique receives and evaluates the returned goods. Refunds will be issued in the manner in which the customer paid. All returns and or exchanges will be returned to the store and examined before a refund will be issued. We reserve the right to keep any returned items and payments if merchandise doesn’t adhere to the stores refund policy.

• No  switching/swapping items on already placed orders, that applies to orders that have not been shipped.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 7-10 days for shipping of items.Please allow 3 days for processing orders and 7-10 days for shipping. Every customer will receive a tracking number for all orders.
